Transfer Case Replacement

During shakeout, we discovered a crack in the NP208 housing causing a leak. The vendor sent us a replacement housing based off the photos we sent. The transfer case had to be dropped out to replace the housing.

Pulled back the carpet, removed the 4WD shifter/linkage and took off the access hatch.
Drivelines removed. The transmission is braced as the crossmember will also need to be removed to access all the transfer case bolts.
Transmission jack in place to hold the transfer case.
Fully removed transfer case.
Gears installed in the new housing.
Transfer case back together.
