Vintage Look and Speed Density

New engine, old look. The LS3 is kickin it old school.

The coils are mounted at the rear of the engine, arranged like a distributor with long plug wires for an old school V8 look
Vintage style valve covers and air cleaner disguise the LS3, complete with 307 sticker

This configuration requires the ECU to run in Speed Density mode, as there is no place for the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. With the MAF sensor removed, the ECU uses MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) and IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensors.

After a few tweaks to the ECU configuration, it’s up and running!
